📦 NorCal Catering Supplies — Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing & Lead Times

At NorCal Catering Supplies, many of our products are made to order. Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days, depending on the availability of materials and current production load.

Please note:
Lead times may vary depending on inventory levels and whether items are custom-made. If you need an item delivered by a specific date, we strongly encourage you to contact us before placing your order.

2. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times begin after the item has been manufactured or packaged. Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (availability may vary)
  • Local Pickup/Delivery: contact us via instagram for instore pick up

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or external factors.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. The tracking number is usually active within 24 hours.

4. Warranty Information

All products come with a 30-day limited warranty, covering manufacturing defects only. Specifically, this warranty applies to:

  • Burners
  • Comals

To file a warranty claim, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with photos and a description of the issue. The warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, or wear and tear.

By placing an order with NorCal Catering Supplies, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Made-to-Order Products

Many of our items are built or assembled after an order is placed. As such, lead times may apply. We encourage customers with strict deadlines to contact us before ordering to confirm availability and estimated delivery.

2. Payment & Order Confirmation

Orders are considered confirmed once payment is received. Any errors in payment or address information may delay your shipment. NorCal Catering Supplies is not liable for issues caused by incorrect information.

3. 30-Day Warranty

All burners and comals are covered under a 30-day warranty from the delivery date. The warranty covers manufacturer defects only and does not apply to damages caused by misuse, neglect, or accidents.

To initiate a claim, please contact us with photos and a description of the problem. Approved claims will be eligible for repair, replacement, or store credit.

4. Return & Refund Policy

Returns are accepted only for defective items as outlined under the warranty terms. Custom-made or used items are not eligible for return unless a warranty issue is verified.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and written content on our website are the property of NorCal Catering Supplies and may not be copied or distributed without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

NorCal Catering Supplies shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.
